Fear & Phobias
StressIn this day and age, every one of us suffer stress. It’s an everyday fact of life. There’s no getting away from it. When one has stress in their lives it helps if we can roll out all the stress onto a timeline. Then we can tap separately on each stress point, removing the general stress out of the way to enable us to see the underlying root causes of stress that keep rearing their ugly heads.
It is at this stage of POSITIVE EFT that we then look at how strong these stress level are on the SUD scale, after each subsequent round of POSITIVE EFT we can see whatever shift occurs in releasing this long-held emotional baggage wrapped up in this blocked energy. This process doesn’t change the history, the story of past events, what it does is it releases the emotional baggage , that blocked energy that we have been carrying around and airing at impromptu times long after the GENESIS event is over.
AnxietyUsing POSITIVE EFT in the same manner as with stress enables one to separate all the different forms of anxiety in one’s life and by tapping away the surface anxieties one can find the original GENESIS events that first triggered later recurrences.
Eating DisordersFor as long as I can recall most of us have difficulty with our appearances get caught up in other peoples opinion of us. This isn’t helped by the commercial world that tells and shows us daily that we are lacking. As long as we try to achieve acceptance in others eyes we are facing a losing uphill battle. Acceptance is the key to combating eating disorders. Understanding that I am exactly as I should be right now, helps to take the pressure off and allows me to go easy on myself.
DepressionDepression comes from dwelling on the past. With POSITIVE EFT, one learns how to take control of the here and now by learning to let go of the past and live in the present and one can better handle depression. Using POSITIVE EFT, a person is empowered to take personal control of their thoughts and feelings, thus realizing that ‘’just for today’’ right now in the moment; they can experience real acceptance for being alive in this moment and that understanding can be enough to shift one’s outlook on life.
